Leah B. Graff

is a 1967 graduate of Penn State University and a 1970 graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law. She was admitted to practice law in New Jersey in 1973 and in PA in 1978. Leah is a member of the PA Bar Association, PA Trial Lawyers Association, and the York County Bar Association.
