David Pollick

 
David M. Pollick is a 1978 graduate of Ursinus College with Departmental Honors and a 1981 graduate of the Dickinson School of Law. He was admitted to the PA Bar upon graduation and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Middle District Court and the U.S. Supreme Court. Dave is a member of the American Bar Association, the York County Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, and the PA Association for Justice.

Dave has been involved with the York Community since 1980. He has been a member of St. Patrick’s Church since 1981 and is currently on the board of the Our Daily Bread Soup Kitchen, as well as a frequent volunteer at Catholic Harvest Food Pantry. Dave spent 8 years as Head Varsity Softball Coach at Susquehannock High School, leading the school to 2 state championships in 2007 and 2008. He’s a member and current Treasurer of the Quarterback Club of York, a charitable organization that gives scholarships to needy scholar athletes in the York County area.

Dave is committed to continuing legal education and to grow as an attorney. He’s been a lecturer for the York County Bar Association for Continuing Legal Education on topics in the field of Personal Injury as well as the Chairman for the York Local Rules Committee for 10 years. He is a longtime member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, an elite group of attorneys who successfully tried multiple cases or verdicts in excess of $1,000,000.

Dave currently lives in Dallastown with his wife, Kris and two dogs: Dexter and Daisy. His oldest son works for Comcast, his middle daughter is a Critical Care nurse and his youngest daughter is an aspiring writer.
